Start Co. launched MEMx with Memphis’s Economic Development Growth Engine. It is an economic development cooperative strategically aligning partners within the Memphis region to implement an innovation driven economic model that creates sustained capital structures and new policy to grow jobs and talent at all stages of firm development. In partnership with the CalAsian Chamber, we have launched CalAsian Accelerate, a five-week accelerator designed to help entrepreneurs scale their businesses with tailored support, expert mentorship, and hands-on learning. Participants will also gain access to the Founders Journey Program, a curated learning experience providing actionable insights on business development, fundraising, and growth strategies.

CityPulse is a “entrepreneurship as a solution” initiative for solving civic challenges in the Memphis region. Ideas are sourced regionally and nationally or they are developed by a consortium of partners in areas of urban mobility, housing, and urban development. More information HERE.

The Founder's Journey Program are self paced tools and video content designed to help founders and business owners who need support in growth and operational modeling. Start Co. was instrumental in recruiting this National Science Foundation resource to Memphis to assist faculty and student-led commercialization opportunities as well as non-academic entrepreneurs who need assistance doing early stage research and discovery.
